Overview
A 15-minutes walk from Ouarzazate town centre and 10 minutes’ drive from Ouarzazate Airport, this Riad offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Traditionally decorated, it features a fireplace, library and terrace. Decorated with traditional carpets and authentic Moroccan furniture, each guest room features soft lighting and red tones. All rooms at Hotel Dar Rita include a private bathroom. A free continental breakfast is provided in the morning and for other meals you can sample traditional dishes in the Moroccan dining room. Half board packages are also available. This Riad is situated 4 minutes on foot from Ouarzazate Bus Station. It is a 6-minute drive from the Taourirt Kasbah and a 10-minute drive from Ouarzazate’s film studios, Atlas Studios.

I stayed on two separate occasions on my trip, the house and bedrooms were very comfortable, peaceful and full of character. Great breakfast, and it was nice to have the option of an enjoyable dinner too. Halid was very friendly and helpful, organised a trip for me and gave great advice on visiting the town. The location is perfect if you are travelling by Supratours bus, and it's also very easy to catch a shared taxi for less than a euro to get to the centre of town. One of the nicest places I stayed on my trip.

All perfect here! The host is really nice, tells you good tips for the trips in the area. Room was nice, clean and equipped with all the necessary stuff. Breakfast as a buffet was really rich and tasty. We would go there again!

“Comfortable stay and warm welcome”
The room was a good size with comfortable bed. The owner gave us a very warm welcome and was really helpful with local advice and helped us to arrange a hire car. The hotel is tucked away in a back alley so very quiet. Lovely roof terrace. Easy walking distance to the town. Breakfast was good.

Nice house, well equiped and comfortable. We had a good dinner, also breakfast is really good. Close to a small square where it is possible to park the car. Staff really friendly, we enjoied!

All was excellent, from the common facilities, bedroom, bathroom, breakfast, atmosphere, authentic decorations and last but not least, the host. Everything is arranged as it would be used by the host for herself.

Owner super friendly and helpful. Without us asking, he sat down with us to help us plan our trip around Morocco. Superb breakfast. Rooms clean and well equipped with everything you need. Great atmosphere. Would book again any day.

“Charming little riad”
Incredibly thoughtfuly cared for riad with many small details that made our stay more comfortable. Besides the comfortable beds we were provided with botled water, shampoo, body wash in the room, hair dries, make up towels, board games and books in the common space. Delicious and colorful breakfast. The house cat Zafran was a great host as well:-)

A very nice and helpful Host, very clean place, comfortable beds. The Riad Dar Rita is decorated in a traditional way, but with modern amenities.

“Quiet, comfortable, warm”
The host was extremely friendly and kind. The Riad is very warm and homey; there is a middle room with games and books. They adapted the food to our dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free) and it was delicious! It was very quiet and we had the best sleep of the whole trip. There was heating in the room and it was quite a bit more spacious than other places we stayed.
