“Blessing”

We ended up at this hotel unexpectedly after being left in another city during our trip in Morocco, and it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. From the moment we contacted them, the staff went above and beyond to help us—even assisting with booking a taxi to get to the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, extremely safe, and very welcoming. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The pool area is gorgeous—perfect for relaxing—and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety to choose from. What truly made the difference was the incredible staff. They made us feel at home, accommodated all our needs, and even allowed us a late check-out at no extra cost while we waited for our new tour pickup. Huge thanks to the entire team for their kindness and professionalism. You turned a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

“The most peaceful desert oasis!”

Our stay at this hotel was INCREDIBLE - it is so much nicer than the pictures online (even though they still look gorgeous!). We went in July and due to the extreme temperatures we were some of the only guests staying at the hotel which was lovely to have the space to ourselves, and the deal we got for the room was an amazing price. The staff were the best part about our stay, they sorted everything we needed, booking us activities, making delicious breakfast every day and even kindly making us fruit platters when we came back late and missed the dinner slot one night. They treated us so kindly, bringing tea and pastries to the poolside each day as we were relaxing. We had booked a family room for 5 people which ended up being two interconnecting rooms, each with their own huge bathroom and plenty of space for all of us. The pool was much needed in the heat and the outside space is so well decorated equipped. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

“Good hotel in easy to find location”

Warm welcome at reception. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Bedroom and bathroom spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Good food in the evening and lovely breakfast including Berber omelette. Pool looked very inviting- just a little cold in January! Hotel was easy to find and receptionist gave us information about how to find the things we wanted to see nearby.

Nice place on the way to Marracech. Very friendly stuff.

Lovey and clean hotel. Staff very friendly apart domestic people. Not far from bus stop where you can get bus to Ouarzazate centre. Or taxi is an option too. We love to explore local bus and get that feelings like locals. Tasty tagines in restaurant.

“Lovely, Restful Location on the outskirts of Ouarzazate”

This was a lovely property to stay at. The staff were friendly and welcoming right from the start. We were helped with our luggage to our rooms and were also provided with tea and biscuits at the poolside. Lovely, lovely place. And excellent staff!

“The personnel of the hotel made our stay a great experience!”

My friend and I really liked the hotel and we especially appreciated the hospitality of everyone working there. We were both sick after a trail in the desert and we really felt looked after (appropriate meals, care..). We also were lucky to be upgraded on our first night there !

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the pool setting is beautiful with lovely plants and palms. The staff really want you to enjoy your stay. They brought us free tea and cakes every afternoon by the pool and they will help to organise days out by calling ahead and negotiating prices. We went quad biking by the CLA studios and horse and camel riding at Ait Ben Haddou. Be prepared to haggle on prices. We went in November so it was cold at sun down and the pool was freezing but we expected this. The rooms are very cold but they have heating/air con units which worked fine. The rooms are huge. We had a family suite of two connected rooms with two bathrooms. Very comfortable with good WiFi. The breakfasts are endless. Lots of choice from cheese and meat, pastries and breads, Moroccan pancakes, jams, dried fruit, bananas yoghurts, cereals etc. On the last day they made us an amazing omelette style egg specialty in a tagine which was delicious. We chose to eat in the city centre each night because our hotel was almost empty of other guests when we stayed. There are several nice cafes and restaurants by the main square (Al Mouahadine). Habous was our favourite. Lots of choice. Not expensive (mains like tagine were about 45dh) It gets busier as the evening progresses and the main square has hilarious electric cars the children can drive that light up as they go round. Kept the teenagers happy! As did buying candyfloss and popcorn for about 8p!!

“Best hotel in the world!”

It was my second visit to this hotel. The staffs are super kind and the family room and suite room are really big and clean. Highly recommend! The breakfast are super never stop coming. Must try beef steak for dinner! best stay and room ever!
