Overview
Located 7 km from the centre of Ouarzazate City, this guest house has far-reaching views of the desert and the Atlas Mountains. It offers en suite accommodations with private balconies. A continental breakfast can be taken in the central courtyard beside the fountain, in the garden or in the restaurant. Kasbah Zitoune also has a restaurant on site. Perfect location in quiet countryside - lots of space around and gorgeous views on the desert - very friendly and helpful staff - big swimming pool - nice room with private terrace on the second floor - generous breakfast - good value for money

“Perfect stay”
I came here about 15 years ago there were no pool at that Time and my stay was memorable. This time was truly perfect, a warm welcome, very comfortable room, lovely staff, great food, we had a nice swim in the pool. Thank you again, we wish you all the best and would happily come back again

Very large bedroom with extra small living area was a lovely change from much smaller rooms in previous stays. Pleasant open atrium area was great to relax with afternoon drinks. Great breakfast included and dinner available if required. Friendly staff and cloths washing which is a bonus when travelling. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the silence and the service was with perfect care and attention. We loved the wine with bites at the pool side. The sheets were the softest we ever had. Thanks for the hospitable stay!

The room was huge and a very large comfortable bed , Food was excellent, table service for dinner and buffet breakfast with a really good selection , the pool was nice and very clean as was all places .

“Fantastic view”
The view of swimming pool is unique. They don’t provide napkins or water in room, WiFi is poor, despite these I think it’s worth the money.

“Exceptional”
Very clean place. The views from the pool are exceptional. I love the fountain in the middle of the kasbah. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A lot of help from Mustapha and Hassan. I recommend this place to everyone who likes a more luxurious Kasbah. Will be coming back definitely
