Large cozy clean room. Exceeded my expectations. The staff is very nice and friendly. I'll be back again.

Like the location,lotz of restaurant and local shops near buy,lively area,you can go walk at night in center where night life is...breakfast horrible,stale bread, rotten soggy tomatos and cucumber are so rotten, 1 staff member from kitchen area was so unprofessional he was putting his hand in food trays and eating while working in kitchen felt so disgusting..lotz of cats in dining area,atmosphere is just so awful...swimming pool was full dead mosquito insects..I was fed up staying thre for 4 days...never again even if its free never ever 😢...1st time I felt like I desperately wanted to go back home..sorry for bad reviews but it is what it is...think before you stay guys..I would recommend you to stay in flat instead of this hotel

“A comfortable one night stay”

The location was ideal for me, and as I was travelling on a motorbike, I was pleased they found me a safe parking area. The room was comfortable, if a little dated, and I enjoyed a good buffet on the night I stayed. Beer also available at the bar, and a good swimming pool.

Well, this place is the definition of a tourist trap. Stood two nights just to dedicate some time to visit the city/town. It turned out that the place is just a sleep and carry on traveling like sheep in coaches. That is I saw at least 2 to 4 coaches unloading late in the evening and loading first thing in the morning, packs of tourists. If you are on your own and like to visit the surroundings you'd be disappointed as there is little to see as described in the next section. However, this is the typical site east of Atlas, designed to isolate you in a fantasy world, light years away from the reality surrounding the place. As a rule of thumb, one has to divide the "stary epaulets on these hotels shoulders" by two to get the real quality of many places that offer tourist services.

The staff were very helpful. We went in winter, but imagine the pool would be wonderful in warmer months. The rooms were spacious and clean.

Stayed a few times here it's my favourite place to stay while in Ourzazate. Friendly polite staff. Good food, comfortable and clean rooms. Location is good with new restaurants around. Would recommend a stay here. Definitely

Great location. Lovely old Moroccan style buildings. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast and evening buffet were pretty good.

I had to change rooms 3x and then left a day early. In the first I could hear the thumping of the disco. In the 2nd, the heating/aircon didn't work. In the 3rd there was an intermittent banging sound, all night and day. I barely slept. The 1st room had kettle, but no cup etc. Both the 2nd/3rd rooms were without kettles, I had to request. One of the receptionists was very kind and tried to help. However, the other female receptionist was unprofessional and unhelpful. On arrival, struggling with heavy bags, she led me to the building where my room was without offering to help with bags going upstairs. She pointed to the room and then vanished. A maid was cleaning and I just waited until the maid showed me the room. When I rang reception about the noise, the same reception said 'ok' and put the phone down. The next day I rang and asked for the aircon to be looked at She said 'ok' put the phone down and didn't do anything. Other staff were helpful and arranged to collect me bags on leaving, but unfortunately this was a very unpleasant stay. Also, awful breakfast.

it’s a very nice building with moroccan touch. There was lady at the reception who went above and beyond by talking to the taxi drivers to give me a fair price.
