Airco must be paid an additional 100 Dirham (only turned on for free when room temperature is over 27o) We had to ask for towels.

had a very nice front balcony the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. The host at one stage tried to say the A/C was an extra charge.

Great position to visit OUARZAZATE and AIT BEN HADDOU. Nice and cozy, and the terrace is amazing. I liked it so much i brought food up there and enjoyed it with the view.

The view of the hotel was amazing. The cleaners was amazing. The breakfast was amazing dinner at night was amazing. The day and night staff. Both spoke English, the view from the top of the building was amazing. It was easy to access the town right next to the casbah, right next to Atlantis horses excursions. Desret itrips

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was great—just a 20-minute walk to the town centre or a quick 5-minute taxi ride. The owner was very welcoming and accomodating, and the staff were incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout my stay, which made a big difference. A special mention to Aladdin at reception, who was especially helpful and warm throughout our stay. Always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything, he made a real difference to our stay. Breakfast was a real highlight—varied, generous, and delicious.. My room had a lovely traditional charm, and the terrace with its stunning mountain view was the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended—I’d definitely love to return!

“Very disappointing. To avoid”
Nothing. It was really disappointing as soon as we arrived. I booked a family studio and they gave me a room in the 3rd floor without lift. The TV was very old (not flat screen but the cathode one that you don't find anymore on the market). No air-conditioning in a city that is so hot ! I did not accept this so they said they would give me an apartment on the 1st floor as soon as it would be available but with triple the price I reserved on booking.com. I went to look for a hotel and luckily there was one nearby with all facilities and a swimming pool at the same price they wanted to charge me.
