Set in an orchard 600 metres outside the village of Ouagne, Le Relais de Maufront offers self-catering wooden caravans. Guests can relax by the outdoor swimming pool in the warmer months and enjoy the seasonal vegetables and herbs from the garden. The wooden caravans at Le Relais de Maufront offer wood-panelled walls and are heated with an electric fireplace. Free Wi-Fi, barbecue facilities and a bathroom with a shower are provided in the caravans. A continental breakfast is served every morning upon request, and guests can prepare homemade meals in the equipped kitchenette. “We enjoyed it more with hindsight but perhaps better to clarify more the sort of camping and shared experience was.”
It is very unique and an original and unusual way and place to spend a night. It suited us as we were on a budget and driving down to the south of France, needing to stop on the way and wanting an experience. The Roulotte was sweet and clean and nicely designed and well fitted out. The bathroom is fully plumbed with hot water which was good. We had a sweet breakfast basket left outside for the morning. The guy was friendly when we arrived late.
