Other budget hotels around the area were just buildings. But this had an open compound and Shedded open sitting areas you can eat and work on your Laptop.

Cultural buildings, nice envoronment. Great artwork for sale at good prices, Dogon, Gurunsi, Mossi, Bambara etc etc. Great and helpful prople.

“Helpful with travellers in trouble”
The helpfulness of the staff to arrange picking up my lost luggage in the airport and sending it to my next location, the friendliness of the driver from/to the airport.
