had a wonderful experience at Lancaster Ouaga 2000. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed with a personalized fruit plate and a kind note — a lovely gesture that made me feel truly appreciated. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel feels extremely safe. The staff are professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. It is clearly the best hotel in Ouagadougou at this time. Times are challenging for all hotels, it has to be said. The immense pool and the plunge pool in the current hot weather, the good food (not automatic in a hotel in general and in Ouaga in particular), the spacious room, and most importantly the guest-oriented honest friendliness and efficiency of the staff make me recommend this place.
