“A wee gem”
A slice of Kiwi nostalgia in this rural setting. Like stepping back into the early 1980's, very comfortable. Restaurant food delicious, garden attractive. Great stay. Perfect for overnighting Rail Trail

Fabulous place to stay. Great little pub with amazing home cooked food. Really friendly owners and lovely comfortable accommodation out the back. Lovely and quiet. Will definitely find my way back here.

I knew the hosts and had been to this location before. It suited our travels and was exactly what we expected in a fairly isolated location.
