Great location, spa, nice living room and hosts were welcoming.

Lovely & abundant describes it all - the hosts, the location, the view, the 'facility', the breakfast, the openness of welcome & genuine treatment from the hosts/owners... quiet privacy (a number of bedrooms and spacious facilities, but they only have 1 set of stayers at a time - wow), the friendly pets, comfy bed... The history of the home - previous owners & successive alterations very interesting. It was more expensive than what we normally 'allow' ourselves... but yes turns out it was a worthwhile treat. “Country hospitality in a beautiful setting”

We loved everything about our stay from the moment we arrived. Winnie the dog was the welcoming committee, followed by Anne. Our ensuite room was large and the bed and linen was first rate. To our surprise we had an entire lounge/ dining room to ourselves overlooking a lovely outdoor area. Dinner, by prior arrangement was a self-cook bbq. Anne provided choices of meats, a fabulous couscous/ roast veg salad and potatoes. Dessert was delicious freshly stewed fruit and cream. Breakfast was provided, also self serve with ample choices. Winnie has three cat friends who wandered about outside in this idyllic setting. Green rolling hills, a large dam and surrounding farmland. Both Anne and Ewan are wonderful hosts and couldn’t do enough to make our stay unique and memorable.

This is a wonderful place to stay . The room was excellent and peaceful. The guest lounge and the outside area were both relaxing and comfortable. Ann and Ewan were exceptional hosts. If I come back, I would book this location again.

The view from our bedroom. The private toilet was so huge. Anne and Ewan who were our host. Very kind and sweet couple. I love how the house is decorated tastely to the excellent selection of body wash and lotion. Chosen this place becuz we know there will not be any light pollution and if we are lucky we will be able to see stars. I always living near a farm. Part of my trip was to stay in people's houses to get a glimpse of their lives and how they deco their house.

Anne and Ewan were incredible hosts who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as enjoyable and comfortable as possible after a cold and wet day on the Otago rail trail in the middle of winter! The evening meal was very homely and we enjoyed exchanging stories by the open fire with a glass of wine and cuddles from Winnie the dog! Would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Central Otago.

The rooms were lovely, and the beds sooo comfortable. Lovely hosts. Lots of guest space where we could find a nook to read quietly, or sit together to drink beer and play cards. We had dinner provided - excellent, and wolfed down by three tired cyclists. Breakfast, continental style, was also very good.

Stunning views, spacious and stylish property. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly. Very comfy bed with lovely linen and towels.

A very special place to relax after a long bike ride over Omara saddle. The room and the facilities were beautiful and clean, the dip in the Pool a great refreshment. The hospatility was exceptional. Thank you so much for hosting us, we can highly recommend and would definetly come again:)

“Gorgeous Farmstay”

The most gorgeous farmstay I've ever been to. Views from the property are outstanding. There is plenty of privacy for guests and nice facilities to keep yourself entertained. The local pubs were full and the wonderful host cooked a lovely dinner for us to enjoy together in front of the fire place.
