The holiday was unfortunately overshadowed by the property having no warm water und virtually no water pressure. We informed Novasol on arrival, they sent someone the next day, who did something, but didn’t wait to check whether it had worked and unfortunately it didn’t. Subsequently we called every day to complain about this and every time we were told someone would come to check, but no-one ever did. That is on top the countless calls, where we had to wait in the hotline or customer service queue for half an hour before getting kicked out of the call. I can wholeheartedly say that Novasol is inherently incompetent and they are poorly organised and poorly managed. They are no structures for follow ups, call backs to get an update on the issue or check whether something worked. Everyone is either not doing anything or passing the problem on. A nightmare. We had a terrible time. We have two young kids and beside the own discomfort of cold showers that with young children is a drama. This ruined our holiday and we want our money back. I can only recommend to everyone to not book with Noval. They are a Desaster!
