I did not have breakfast. Only reason I said no for quietness was not the fault of the hotel. There were 4 young people in the room across from me who were partying.until 230 am. My only other comment would be when large trucks go by the bed shakes.

Pleasant comfortable room with excellent housekeeping. Across the road from the outlet mall and close to the highway but quiet.

Great hotel near the Canadian Tire centre in Kanata. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the hot tub. I would definitely stay here again if I was in town to see another Senators game

Booked this hotel last minute since the original booking i had at a different hotel closed some of the facility's so I canceled. But I got to say everything was very good this hotel from top to bottom was very clean, the free breakfast was very good ( they have the hotel waffle maker which is always my favorite.) Pool was nice and the temperature of the water was not too cold, they have a gym with a good veriaty of equipment. Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10.

The breakfast was beyond any hotel breakfast we've experienced. Exceptional! Fresh, delicious, real plates etc. The space was so clean and well cared for, even the stairwells smelled and looked clean. The room was clean and comfortable.

Was told my dog was not welcome and that I should leave my dog in the car. In spite of not providing the requested reservation refused to refund. We will be informing our staff, trades and sub trades that if they use this hotel we will not be reimbursing them. Worst guest service experience I've ever had.
