“Location was on train line. No car needed”
Came for work with family member. Very easy for them to take train into city and for me to Uber to work. Took train in from airport with 1 change. We are walkers...so walked to major street for food. Recommend Petit Bills. Clean. Well equipped kitchen. We found it quiet but was there during work week.

“Excellent stay in Ottawa for graduation festivity”
Very good hotel for our stay in Ottawa. There is no reception so all instructions will be provided a few days prior the arrival, and any questions o had were answered quickly by staff. The room is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, TV (w. Netflix). The bed and couch are very comfortable. One of yhe best features of this building is the rooftop patio. Beautiful, tranquil view of Ottawa, very nice and comfortable patio furniture provided too. All in all we had a great stay.

The towels and bed sheets were not clean. I requested fresh ones, but my email was completely ignored. The lack of response and poor housekeeping standards made for a frustrating experience. The walls were also very thin, and noise from neighboring units could be heard easily, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.

“Very nice and spacious accommodation”
Very spacious for 4 people and 2 bathrooms! Clean and nicely decorated. Rooftop top patio is nice. No staff on site but communication was fine and we had what we needed

The apartment was lovely and convenient for small stores , walking distance to a few restaurants and near local transport, roof terrace was beautiful and weather permitting is lovely to sit in .we asked for a few things and they were very quick to respond.

This was the best accommodation I've ever had. We had everything we needed as a travelers like washing machine and laundry detergent, also free parking for our rental car. The place was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. I also liked the self check-in and out. A bit far from the city center but totally recommended.

“Perfect for location for seeing all Ottawa has to offer”
Very clean. Excellent location the tram into centre town was so easy and less than 5 min away . Walking distance to Hintonburg with cool bars and restaurants. Little Italy close by with excellent restaurants

The location was convenient, and I liked the living room area. It was also nice that the hotel provided kitchen utensils and basic cooking items, which made it easy if you wanted to cook your own meals.

No check-in information provided May 3-4 No check-in information provided Mar 3-4, Reservation confirmed through booking.com and received confirmation from Westview Then no code or entry code provided. Tried calling both times, I was ignored via phone and email. Still charged in full. Told the first time I would be refunded, never got it. I need both my refunds. Per my last message I am requesting a full refund as no check in code or email was sent for my reservations and I was still charged twice. This is over $350 of money taken from me without refund despite written confirmation from Westview Mar 4 that it was an error on their end and will be refunded. Since all my calls and messages and assurances to follow up with me were not fulfilled I’m writing here and leaving 1 star for the complete lack of consideration.

I never received the code for check in. Second time now and I was not refunded for this time or the last. Called and emailed without luck. Very bad service.
