Seems like the hotel works as housing as well. The people on the apartment above us were very noisy. We couldn't get to sleep until 2 am.

Checkin was supposed to be at 3. Our room was not available until after 4pm. We we’re give a 15% discount for this inconvenience as we waited for the room and rushed to get ready for the event we neeeded to attend downtown. I still have not received this discount on my MasterCard. Very disappointed with Booking,com

Very bad mattress. Two people can't sleep on such spring mattress. One of us has to sleep on floor carpet to avoid fall from bed.

“My stay was comfortable and relaxing”
I enjoyed my stay very much, the location is nice, quiet and private. The staff was very accomadating to me not having a credit card and found an alternative method.

Room was tidy , beds comfortable , heating was fully adjustable ( don’t like sleeping in a hot room ) . Had good channels on tv , could watch live Hockey . Quiet location

There were a lot of people living in the hotel. Food smells were bad. Children being loud in the hall ways. There should be a dedicated floor for them as not to disturb guests paying high prices
