“Clean and very central”
It was our second time in this hotel . For sure we are going back next year. We go for Volleyball and enjoy to leave the car in the hotel until coming back home. We can walk to the center and we can walk to TD place for the games. We also can take the bus for free with our tickets. But we love to walk. Only one night of rain and a Uber was the best. Everyone is very pleasant in the hotel. We had a wonderful surprise with our room on the 10th floor. I found it very clean and left it as clean as possible. It is a great choice.

“Great seat, great location.”
Right on Elgin street surrounded by bars and restaurants, this was a great location. Room was great, we had kitchen facilities and plenty of room, plus King side bed. Good value too. Only 10-15 mins walk down to Parliament Hill and attractions.

“By far biggest room of trip”
Easy walk into centre. Even at 0700 breakfast was busy. Plenty of choice including McMuffin style. We took what we needed back to our big fully equipped room. No problems on space.

“True gem and great value!”
I requested a quiet room and got a perfect one at the end of the hall facing off the main street. Thank you! Breakfast is included and was a big positive surprise for an amazing variety, including espresso machine. Kitchen was well equipped though didn’t end up using it much. A night light with a movement sensor was a great addition in the bathroom, something I have not seen before in a hotel. The massage chair in the gym was also a big bonus.

We liked the suite with all the kitchen equipment + full fridge and the dinning table, well equipped work station, nice bathroom and extra bed stuff. Bed - very comfortable! Soft cover and good pillows. Amazing and organized breakfast, offering a variety. We especially liked Homedics by the bed side - nature sounds for sleep. I've never seen this in any hotel yet. We chose gentle cricket sounds and we slept like babies. Really nice!

The location is perfect for those who want to stay close to Ottawa's Downtown. This hotel offers good value for money. The breakfast is quite basic, but it gets the job done.

The room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff did a great job every day and the amenities were perfect. The breakfast was phenomenal and the check in process was smooth and easy. Very secure building!
