“Not a pleasant experience”
Room was reasonably clean, however, the room upkeep is not good. Fittings were falling off. No electric power in a couple of power sockets on the bedside.

“Served the purpose.”
The hockey teams that stayed there and ran through the hallways and foyer. Also, 1 of the elevators wasn't working.

Rooms are ok. I like swimming pool n underground parking facilities. Restaurant is ok. In suite small kitchen with washbasin which is good when someone travel with little one. Staff is good. On time cleaning.

“Enjoyable experience at a reasonable price”
24-hour check-in helpful, room very large and well-equipped. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean and very spacious. Pool available (although I didn't use it). Baggage storage available too. Walking distance to Ottawa central station.
