“Winterlude 2026”
The location was ideal for access to Winterlude events and good restaurants. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The amenities were decent with a clean and useful swimming pool and lounge.area. the room was a nice size and well laid out.

The staff were so welcoming and very accomodating. I like how the hotel also prioritized safety for the guests with the keycards needed to enter the hotel.

“Comfy, modern hotel in an excellent location for visiting Ottawa's main attractions.”
Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Rooms and bathrooms well appointed and comfortable. In a busy location just next door to the Byward Market and a few minutes walk from Ottawa's main tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Not the hotel’s fault for sketchy neighborhood but wouldn’t stay again, especially with young children.”
Clean and secure building with key card access for the front door. Kids enjoyed the pool. Good breakfast options. Staff friendly.

“Central Location in Downtown Ottawa”
Fantastic location, literally right next to Byward Market. Queen sized beds were super comfortable and the room was extremely clean. There is a pool and two small gyms that are well stocked and clean.
