The hotel is amazing,clean,with all the facilities you may need. It is located right next to the train station. It is good value for money,but a bit far away if you want to do sightseeing in Kyoto.

“Convenient location”
Good location near to Lake Biwa. Suitable for budget travellers who do not wish to splurge on a stay overlooking the lake as this hotel is just beside JR Seta station which is convenient for travelling to places of interests at the lake. The hotel room was very clean. Breakfast was sufficient.

“Overall is good. It wil be in my favourite hotel list.”
The room is spacious and clean. The mattress is good, feel comfortable. Bathroom is big too. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, they do their best to serve us. Really like it.
