“A different Onsen experience - highly recommended”
The onsen was truly lovely—the water felt clean, and the amenities were great. I also really enjoyed that it was one of the few onsen I’ve visited so far where the water reaches up to chest depth. The outdoor onsen area was a standout as well, with thoughtful features and beautiful landscaping. The hotel’s location was also perfect for a one-night stopover, making it easy to connect the east and central areas of Hokkaido. I had a great experience at dinner too: the buffet spread was excellent, offering a strong selection of high-quality food, along with a great range of alcohol. The patio further impressed me with its nice selection of cocktails.

“A place that makes you want to come back”
Hotel faces river which is scenic and serene. Nice big outdoor onsen. Dinner spread is fantastic with freeflow of drinks and alcohol, food quality is good. Service is friendly and thoughtful e.g. towels and blankets provided for outdoor footbath. Nice lounge area outside the onsen to relax and soak in view. We found out too late about a canoe cruise on the river operated by an external company Outdoor Garage Tokachi. It seems a nice leisurely way to enjoy the river and sight wildlife.

“Top notch Onsen at Tokachi with an view”
This is my 3rd visit. The concierge lady is always there to receive guests when driving to the porch to offload luggage, they are so kind to help with getting the luggage on the trolley. There are complimentary drinks in fridge with perfect view of tokachi river from my bedroom. The half board option is a must if you only have 1 day there. Food and service were simply too notched with free alcoholic drinks included. My favourite is the private onsen in my room was simply why I chose this hotel. The room is so spacious and comfortable, just seeping a cup of nice tea looking at the marvellous tokachi mountain range.

“Unbearable!”
This was my favorite accommodation during my trip to Hokkaido. The room was warmly decorated and well-equipped, offering a cozy stay. Especially the onsen ,it’s unbearable! The surroundings were beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and professional . I hope to visit again!

Everything you need is provided for, you can effectively check in with no luggage, there is 2 sets of.jap clothings you can use, even attending dinner or breakfast. Thr beds are comfy. The private onsen in my room was the highlight of my stay., not to forget the quality of .dinner was excellent with free servings of any drinks. The service staff was.very attentive and act promptly to the diners, making our dinig experience very pleasant. Parking lots are plenty as it is a pte.carpark space. Also.found there was a.bus stoo in front of thr hotel foe those who doesn't drive.

“Best dinner buffet”
it was so comfortable and spacious. we have an indoor onsen inside the room, also outdoor unseen at the facility was outstanding. Fortunately we spot cranes at the lawn in front of the hotel. Dinner buffet was excellent with free flow liquor, beef sukiyaki , steam rice. They have one table tennis table which my sons enjoy.
