Excellent place, at the beginning of the trail to Steindalsbreen. Well equipped, clean and at a reasonable price. Great for 3-4 people, might be a bit crowded for 6.

We had a pleasant stay at this place and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas.

Exceptionally clean cottage with all necessary facilities on a scenic mountainside

Beds were surprisingly comfortable, and location was very quiet. On our roadtrip where most of the nights were spent in tent on camping sites, this felt like a five star place.

Lovely peaceful location, huts surrounded by woods and with beautiful mountain view. Very warm, reasonably comfortable (bunk) beds. Good shower, very hot water. Comfy sofa and coffee table for relaxing post-hike. Kitchen area very useful for self catering but could be a little better stocked e.g. a colander for straining pasta etc and different range of pots/pans. We found it helpful that people have left behind some basic provisions such as washing up liquid, salt etc, which otherwise didn't seem to be provided. Good communication from host (who we didn't meet) and easy self check in/out.

Spacious cottage in a quiet neighborhood. Inside all the necessary equipment. Right next to the trail leading to the glacier. We had a very pleasant time here.

Convenient for glacier hike. Kitchen had all we needed. Nice bathroom. Warm. Very comfortable place. I wish we had more time there to use sauna.

The cabin was enough big for our group. It was clean and cozy. The location was very suitable for starting the hike to Steindalsbreen glacier. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Spacious, clean, cozy, quiet. Not too hot because trees cover. Everything needed. Nice nature walk and rapids near by..

Perfect size for 4 people, nice location and trekking around the area. The glacier is only 7km from the cabin and the views are awesome. 100% recommended.
