The hotel is amazing. You get a kind of a bungallo with a porch, bedroom, littke kiving room with a fire place. The grounds are beautiful full of flowers and trees. Very quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was also good. Tha staff is very nice and happy to help.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough for a stay near Otavalo. Wonderful facilities and grounds, and exceptionally helpful staff. It's nice to be in a quiet location but still easy to travel into Otavalo or many other day trips in the area. They were very helpful in organising taxis!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was incredibly attentive, especially when it came to booking taxis and offering helpful local recommendations. The food was excellent—every meal was a real treat. The setting is beautiful, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I highly recommend this place!

“A peaceful off the beaten track paradise, beautiful gardens - Excellent English Service”
We booked this hotel at short notice after a long day in the Andes. It is super peaceful, the rooms are separate cottage like buildings with a log fire, which was lit for us whilst we had dinner, so returning to a toasty warm room after dinner was a delight. The restaurant is a fine dining experience, but priced remarkably competitively. The only possible down, was there was no WiFi in the room, albeit available in reception, and our local cell service provider also had no service. But a night without distractions from the outside world was kind of refreshing, we should try it more often.
