The location is very good, a short walking distance to the canal (3 minutes). The room is very clean, the bed, pillows and blanket are very comfortable. Everything is working fine (except the bathtub drain is slightly clogged).

“Cozy and lovely which match the cute city of Otaru!”
I love the location and the font door color; it's so photogenic. The host was beneficial as my friend couldn't be found for a few hours; they were so helpful. They checked the front door camera to see if the belongings were still there and when they came to collect the baggage. They are just found to lose the phone connection, so it was such a helpful gesture of the host for this.

We enjoyed our stay in Otaru, it was nice to be able to relax on the couch in the evening. Well equipped apartment. Friendly and quick responsive hosts, we appreciate it. Good heating system in the living/sleeping room, electric kettle and some tea/coffee. There was a fridge too. Parking in front of the building.

Check-in was seamless with digital door lock. I was informed in advance of the door code so I could access my room immediately upon arrival. Staff was friendly and attend to my questions swiftly.
