Not too far from station. Modern. Reasonably clean.

I love the location. There is an airport shuttle right in front of the hostel (2 min walk towards canal) and a shuttle to Kiroro resort right across the street (opposite Authent hotel). And if you want to hit Asarigawa Onsen, there is a public bus that goes there (I didn't try it but it is in the bus terminal right next to the train station). In terms of facility, shower and toilet area is clean, kitchen/living area is well maintained and organized.

Great location. Walking distance to all attractions including Suitengu shrine, Lawson convenient store at level 1, and bus stop nearby to JR station and Tenguyama.

Central location, 5 minutes walking distance from the train/bus station, and 5 minutes the other way to the canal. The staff was accommodating and allowed a slightly early check-in, as well as kept my luggage for a bit after check-out. The shower room is spacious and brightly lit.

The host allowed me to drop off my backpack early in the morning even though check in time was much later. The check in went smoothly with clear instructions on security codes, do's and don'ts.

The location is very convenient. The hostel is very clean. Staffs clean the lobby, kitchen and rest room frequently. It is a good place for long stay.

The location was good near to the Canals, and it was nice.

Toilets and washing area were clean, the bed is pretty wide too. Walking distance to otaru and station when the weather is good. For a one night stay, it is okay.

the room (private) was spacious and the bedding comfy. the hostel was clean and the staff really friendly. the hotel is well located.

It’s clean and peaceful environment and well catered for. I like the kitchen had just enough amenities for my 4 nights stay.

“Okay for overnight stay”

I stayed only for 1night so my experience is limited to that stay. Check in is easy since everything is digital. With the price I paid for, I think it is well within expectations. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. The bath is in a large area. The room is quite small though and narrow. It will be difficult if you have a large suitcase like me although you can still open it. Location is walking distance to the canal, the shopping street and the station although it can be a struggle if it's snowing to walk from the station to the hostel with suitcases. No free towels or slippers so bring your own. The shower area also has no place to hang your clothes, only a basket is provided. Staff is nice and the common area is very comfy. The Lawson at the ground floor is also a godsend.

Honestly, I only rented the room for one night because my preferred hostel was all booked for one night in the middle of my stay there.

Very kind and attentive staff at check in, easy checkout, comfortable (Japanese style) mattress, great location next to Lawson and close to JR station
