Standard twin is quite spacious, bright and clean. Just enough electrical sockets. Big fridge and wardrobe. Good Wi-Fi. The highlight is its balcony, a bit small though, and very wet due to rain. Very satisfied with the set breakfast inside its restaurant with a nice ambience. Staff are extremely courteous. Located literally next to the sea, though the weather isn't good, with strong cold wind and high waves, but still enjoyed the stroll around its peaceful surrounding. More convenience for those with private transport, though there is the option to reach via public bus from Otaru Station. The only convenience store about 3 minutes' drive away is our savior, and it doesn't operate 24-hour. Should be their low season and not much guests around, thus the stay was rather pleasant and room rate is very value for money.

Exceptional stay with great sea view, quiet, most friendly and hospitable staff. Comfortable beds and great food. We had the breakfast once and felt very well accommodated. Cozy, warm and super clean.

Fantastic room with an amazing Ocean view near the north tip of Otaru. The room itself was incredibly spacious and fitted with excellent modern kitchen amenities. The staff were extremely friendly, and the breakfast service at the onsite restaurant was delicious as well. Excellent choice for couple or even families as the loft space would be great for kids.

Excellent breakfast which we purchased as an add-on on the spot. It was a western style breakfast with eggs benedict, yoghurt, milk, fruit etc. We enjoyed the sea view at our room and at the breakfast restaurant. The room is also very spacious with heating.

View from balcony is beautiful! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very apologetic when we complained about some guests who were loud and rowdy throughout the night although it was not their fault. The traditional mochi in soup that they served us on New Year day before we checked out was delicious!

It was actually beach front. Well designed, only 8 suites, superb breakfast, 12 minutes from Otaru, brilliant atmosphere in the property. Very close to the expressway Highly recommend

“Amazing place”

We had meal plans (breakfast and dinner) included with the room, and the food was amazing. For dinner, it was a beautiful 6-course French dining. Breakfast was equally delicious. Our room was deluxe twin, and we had full length balcony facing the ocean which was incredibly beautiful. We were the only 2 guests having dinner on both nights, so the chef cooked for just the two of us, and the service was impeccable.

Love the rooms, service and breakfast. Seaview right outside our rooms. The loft, with window looking up the sky, is comfy too. My daughter loves it!

Everything was great. A modern place right in front of the ocean with very friendly staff. Breakfast offered a beautiful view. The balcony is small, but I loved sitting there.

Staff were very helpful and attentive. Set dinner was fantastic and great value (bring you appetites!!!). Breakfast was really nice too. Relax and enjoy the amazing sunsets. Loved my swim before breakfast.
