Room was very big and spacious. Bed was comfortable. View of otaru mountains was also nice. Staff were helpful. Location was good and parking available.

Excellent service from the front desk, helped us organise taxi and massage . It was very clean and the room we had was large , plenty of room and a good size bathroom. The ocean view was lovely. Access straight to a shopping mall was a bonus.

A quality hotel. Comfortable rooms with a great view over the town onto the mountains. Attached to a shopping mall it’s very convenient. Parking is easy and well priced.

“Beautiful hotel with a great view and entertainment”
I really liked the size of our room and the view of the mountain was beautiful, during the day and night. During our stay was a snowstorm, but luckily the hotel is directly attached to a mall. So we could spend some time walking around without going outside. Also Otaru main street is easily reachable by train or even foot from the hotel.

“We love the big room and nice view and location in the mall is a credit .”
Near Chikko Otaru station , n connected to super big mall have muji , bookstore , Aeon shopping mall , restaurants etc. although have to take train to 1-2 stops to Otaru and minani Otaru . I still love this hotel because room is huge wirh nice view n convenience. We had 2 connecting room . So bigger space for children to move around .
