“Best best!!”
Just opposite the main station, it's the best location. The food is amazing, and the public bath facility provides a nice experience as well.

“Excellent location & amazing breakfast”
Breakfast was exceptional! From the most exotic shellfish to tiny squares of delicious raw chocolate - anything your heart desires. Japanese/Western, they seemed to cater for all tastes & palates. Location was perfect for station. Fabulous onsen. Free washing machine

“Nice comfortable place to stay”
The location was excellent; it was directly across the road from the JR station and bus terminal, the onsen was good and a nice place to relax in the evening. the breakfast was very good and plenty of variety, there was complimentary coffee and nibbles upon arrival.

Onsen facilities were wonderful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel breakfast was tasty and had lots of variety. Parking was very easy. The whole experience felt like a very nice and luxurious stay 😊

“Best Hotel near Otaru”
It has one of the best breakfast buffet in all my stay, with free flow of sashimi, and quite some variety of tempura, and some selection of dessert, soup curry, teppanyaki, etc.

“Convenient hotel for a one day visit to Otaru.”
Location is great, opposite to the station, near the fish market and the canal. All walking distance. Breakfast was very good

“Excellent Travel Experience & Will Strongly Recommend to Friends & Relatives”
The location was great, convenient with many restaurants & Don Donki within walking distance. The complimentary Hot Spring was truly great for a cold winter dip. The gesture of a complimentary Ramen for night supper was heart-warming. Thanks to The Hotel Management & Staff for a truly great holiday experience. 🙏🙏

“Nice!! Will stay here again”
Excellent location. It is just opposite of the train station. There is don donki opposite the hotel. There are free ramen, ice cream and yakurt drink provided everyday.

“Exceptional stay for kiroro adventures”
Excellent location right in front of the train station and shuttle bus to kiroro; equally stellar amenities including black cotton tips for the dry earwax folks - consistently good wifi, clean rooms with everything you need, helpful staff, great onsen with a sauna and resting area with free ice cream and cold plunge, the breakfast is delicious and great value, the late night ramen delicious and fairly portioned. Loved being able to check how busy the onsen was via QR code and do my laundry for free at the same time with extra payment for drying. Free tattoo coverage stickers were also stellar, staff also let us keep our bags after check out securely. Would happily stay here again.

I filled complaint the property was unacceptably dirty, the sink was cracked, the curtains were unwashed, carpet unclean, the room is size of a shoebox whilst advertise a a double room - we checked out early and requesting refund
