Convenient location. Otaru Canal is within walking distance. Interesting shopping streets nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful.

“A very comfortable, convenient and plush stay.”
Lovely hotel with a great lobby and particularly helpful English speaking Reception staff. Fabulous international breakfast and also a very interesting traditional Japanese breakfast. Rooms very comfortable. Great location close to canal and interesting restaurants and arcades. Convenient airport bus (morning) and reasonably close to railway station. Room supplies excellent (fresh water, tea and coffee) Good hotel carpark.

“Nice hotel with a delicious breakfast.”
Short walk from Otaru station and most is through the covered arcade. It was quite close to the sushi street and not far to the tourist area. The lobby was impressive. The breakfast was a delicious seafood bowl. The price was quite reasonable.

I am glad we paid a bit more for the suite which includes lounge access with free cookies, tea snacks and drinks. Room was very nice and roomy for two persons so very enjoyable. Good location. Easy walk from station through partially sheltered tourist street.

We stayed at the suite. Room is very spacious with huge tv. My husband was very happy as the smoking room was in front of our room! The lounge access was also a plus point and drink vending machine was also at the same floor. Great breakfast! Staff are very friendly and helpful.

“Everything was superb”
Everything. The hotel location, the facilities, the staff, the food. Felt like 5 star hotel to me. Shuttle bus to Kiroro Snow Park is available too (require 3 days online bookings in advance). Very near to Lawson & Otaru Canal.

“I really like this hotel. It’s a gem in the middle of otaru.”
Super convenient spot — right next to Miyakodori, Sun Mall, and Hanagin shopping streets, and just a short walk to JR Otaru Station, the Otaru Canal, and Sakaimichi food street. The reception staff also speak good English. Lawson is just 1 min walk away and room are quite spacious.
