Overview
Situated right in front of Hakuba Cortina Ski Resort, Hotel Green Plaza features dry and mist saunas, 3 dining options and a hot-spring bath with mountain views. Rooms have an LCD TV and en suite bathroom. Free WiFi is provided in all guest rooms, at the restaurant and lobby. Guests can make fresh green tea or relax with a soak in the bathtub. Each room comes with slippers and bath amenities, and has an area with tatami (woven-straw) flooring. The hotel boasts ski-to-door access, and also rents ski equipment and sells lift passes. You can take a break from the slopes with karaoke or a massage. JR Minami Otari Train Station is 20 minutes away on the free shuttle. Hakuba Jump Stadium and Hakuba Olympic Memorial Hall are a 40-minute drive. On-site parking is free. Tea Lounge Lyrical serves tea and hot drinks in a spacious setting with tall windows. Buffet dinner features more than 60 dishes including sushi, teppanyaki, tempura and sweets.

Overall, breakfast was good. There were different options available. And you can always find a table with a nice view.

Ideal Ski in Ski out location.. The buffet was good and plentiful, with a good selection, but can be repetitive if staying for a while. The rooms were tidy and clean. The onsen was awesome after a day in the snow.

'The palace' as we called it was amazing! The vintage decor transported us to a different era of elegance. The room was spacious and warm with an area to live as well as sleep. The onsen was amazing. Ski in ski out too. Other activities such as hot pot lunch in an igloo was a bonus.

“A great ski in and out hotel”
Room that overlooked the ski slopes. It was magical. Buffett breakfast and dinner options were great. Onsen in the hotel has such a vibe after a full day of snow activities. It has a partially outdoor section to make it special, being able to see the snow fall whilst you relax in the hot water is nice.

Lovely onsen, and great ski in ski out location for Cortina. Onsite ski rental and locker storage. Ample free parking for self drive customers.

Hotel itself it very pretty. Good skiing opportunities and reasonably priced lift pass. Customer service at the front desk was good, a lot of effort put into communication with English speaking guests.
