Right next to Hakuba Norikura Onsen Ski Resort, Alps Hotel boasts a range of public hot-spring and mineral baths, tennis courts and a French restaurant. Rooms offer mountain views and a seating area. Each heated room at Hakuba Alps Hotel includes and an LCD TV. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub and amenities. “Great snow vacation!”
Loved the convenience to walk out and get on a lift. Runs were not too challenging and great for beginner/intermediate skill level. All of the staff were Great! Close proximity to other ski resorts, so many options. Taught my 6 year old grand daughter to snow board, so this place will always hold special memories. The onsen was great! Breakfast service and food options/quality were very good. Property is a little old, but maintained in good condition. Lift tickets could be purchased at the hotel front desk- avoiding long wait at the outdoor kiosk The on-site rental shop had a great variety of gear that was in really good condition. Room heater had air vents on top so you could dry wet gear- Great! Will consider this place for next year's trip.

“All in all place was amazing and would definitely come back.”
Hotel facilities were amazing. The room was spacious and perfect for two people. the ski in/out was nice too.

The family room was massive! Even for Japan standards, the pool sauna spa outside is cool as! Staff were helpful, low level English but were in Japan so learn some Japanese.

“Great ski for beginners to practice”
We booked half board, the breakfast and dinner were fair. It is a ski in and out hotel. Onsen was good with both outdoor and indoor onsen. Room heater works great and can use it to dry your damp gloves and socks

“Great hotel, great location but with some serious limitations for families.”
Great location and clean for a fairly old hotel. Right on the Norikura side of the slopes. Ski out the a chair lift. This is where the locals go, so nice experience and very friendly staff with good facilities for skiing including ski locker near exit to slopes.
