- the staff were helpful - the onsen, especially the outdoor bath. I used it every night. - we booked two rooms, a small one and a big one, for our family of 5. There was plenty of space for our luggages, storage, and eating together - beds were comfy - rooms had a view - helpful laundry room - I used the lobby at night for my writing work

Very good hotel. Staff is very helpful. The lady at reception helped us a lot such as booking the restaurant and getting the large size band aids. You can purchase discounted lift tickets (cash only)

“Good”

the hotel is well located, provides parking spots (you have to pay for it during the day). the onsen is nice and breakfast was really tasty. the room was large and the futon bed comfy. the hotel has large lockers if you want to store your skiing equipment.

Excellent location, amazing dinner and good breakfast. Onsen was a little small. Staff friendly and short walk to the gondola station. Best place we stayed in Tsugaike

“Good place to stay while skiing”
Big room, amazing onsen and fair breakfast buffet. Staff was really helpful and it was on a 7min walk from the ski lift. Big ski storage room. Lots of older ppl staying here so no noice during the evening

Room was fabulous- clean, spacious, cozy. Gentleman at the front helped with all my questions Was my first experience with onsen, all instructions listed in English. Had a selection of different shampoo/conditioners to use. Location was easy to find, close to the bus station and ski hill

“Definitely will come back”
Clean,spacious and comfortable. The hot spring is good. Not far to the ski lift. The buffet breakfast is nice. The staffs are very friendly.
