The location of the property is very good. About 10 minutes by drive to the city centre; the tram takes a bit longer, but it's not bad. There are some eating places in the area and a Billa supermarket (surely more available nearby, as I discovered). The property is in very good standard and spacious enough to feel comfortable for three people. Also, a fully equipped kitchen includes an oven and a fridge, which is ideal if someone prefers to cook their meals. A parking space is available in front of the property, which is very handy if you have a lot of stuff.

“I was really disappointed. The pictures looks great but the experience wasn’t great.”

It is NOT suitable for very young children. There were noises from the other apartment across the hallway. You could hear every word. The main door from the apartment has gap and you can see through to the hall (lights at the evening) The kitchen wasn’t clean enough. Old ice cream in the full of ice freezer. Coffee mashine was full of old cups. Dust under the bed… we weren’t happy with the cleaning apart from the bedding, that was clean. Bathroom was stinky from the tubes. There is no bedside table or little table/cupboard so your phone and the other stuff must be kept on the floor.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was warm, comfortable, and modern, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The bed was very comfortable, and the convenient parking space was a big plus.

No washing machine as advertised. It did not have bedside tables nor light switch by the bed. It would be very handy to have so one could read, leave the book on it and switch off the light without having to get up.

Clean, location, space

Clean and safe apartment with a spacious living room. Kitchen was well equipped, toiletries were provided as long as coffee capsules for the Nespresso Machine It might not be in the city centre, but tram stop is just in front and in about 15 min ride you are there The communication with the owner was simple and effective. We were allowed to check-out a couple of hours later without any additional cost - dekuje

Every things

Nice clean apartment on second floor. No lift so hot work carrying the luggage. During our one week stay we were always able to park within a few metres of the entrance. The parking is public, not private

Easy check in. Clean, calm and cosy apartament. Good place - near by tram stop, easy to go to the center by public transport. Shop is 7 min to go or 1 tram stop. I recommend this place and if I could I would book it again.

The apartment is very clean, to spacious and equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. There are pots and pans as well for cooking. The staff is very friendly and responsive to messages. There are various small shops, bakery and supermarket Billa (10 min walk) in the vicinity. We recommend this place to stay in Ostrava
