“Wonderful hotel, best location, parking. Excelent place! Recommend!”

Very friendly staff, basic room but everything clean, good place to stay for one night.

The only positive aspect of this place was the breakfast, which was actually quite good, although it is served in a different building. Unfortunately, everything else leaves a lot to be desired. This is definitely not a hotel, but rather a workers’ accommodation. The rooms feel very outdated, almost like from communist times, and there is an unpleasant smell throughout the property. The staff is acceptable, but not particularly helpful or welcoming. The biggest issue was the bathroom — the shower was in terrible condition. The shower head barely worked, with water only dripping instead of flowing properly, making it very difficult to even rinse off. Overall, the price is absolutely not justified for this standard or for this location. For €70, you can easily find a much better hotel, even in Prague city center, including breakfast. I would not recommend this place.

I liked my sleep quality there. I liked that it located in industrial city, which gave me good experience. Strange, but you may find some hidden jewelleries in this city, if you have a luck.

We had a great stay hereI really appreciated that the staff kindly warmed the biberon for my newborn, even during the night such thoughtful service. Monika was especially lovely, always nice and smiley. The hotel was very clean and perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. The most convenient location when attending the multifunctional hall nearby and need to stay over. Clean, comfy and good shower; towels and toiletries provided.

amazing staff on reception, which operated 24hrs a day.. really nice ladies, always smiling and accommodating.. they even let us leave the luggage very late after our checkout. rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable, the location of the hotel was perfect for the festival visit

The hotel reception service was simply terrible. I booked my stay through Booking and paid for the room in advance. Hotel Receiption made a mistake at check-in and cancelled my order that had been paid. No refund as it is a cancellation operated on the day of check-in. We were then asked to pay for another stay, which resulted in us actually paying for 2 days of room when the actual stay was 1 day. In response to the loss caused by the hotel, their reply was that you can ask Booking for the deducted fee, which was not charged by our hotel anyway. Also, this hotel is the first hotel I've ever encountered that has to check out at 10am. I came out of the hotel early in the morning and returned from the car to find that I could not open the door and stood outside at -2 degrees Celsius waiting for the hotel front desk to open. Words can't describe this bad experience.
