“Excellent stay, hosts and location.”
Julie is an excellent host, i arrived late at night, and they were there to welcome me, show me around the apartment, and handed the keys. There were some fruits, water bottles, and a box of chocolates as well. The apartment was clean, and the bed was clean and comfortable, with a good mattress. The apartment is located close to train stations and local shops. Will surely book again!!

Lovely and spacious apartment, very bright with 2 sides of windows overlooking the park. The host Julie was very friendly, she welcomed us cordially, explained everything and showed us into the garage and the private parking space belonging to the apartment, an additional asset of the property! The kitchen was very well-equipped and Julie had put welcome sweets and some fruits, as well as a bottle of high quality wine, a super nice touch! The apartment was fully equipped to the last detail. It was a real home to live in. Everything one needs was supplied, everything orderly arranged and stored. Scharnhauser Park is a very well-designed suburb, friendly to the people who live there and the apartment is in walking distance from the community centre where all the stores are situated, from the U Bahn station as well. We will gladly come again.

Great place, great location. Only 100 mt to metro station and you are in Stuttgart center in 20 minutes. The house is very clean and well-equipped. Also there is a free parking garage. Ulges is very kind and helpful host. Highly recommended.
