This historic 3-star hotel in Ostfildern is a 15-minute drive from Stuttgart city centre, Stuttgart Airport and the exhibition centre. It offers a regional restaurant and large rooms. The Hirsch Hotel Gehrung boasts a tradition of Swabian hospitality since 1604. All rooms feature a private bathroom. The restaurant at the Hirsch Hotel is a stylish lounge with a traditional tiled stove. Swabian and Mediterranean dishes are served here or on the outside terrace. “Old world charm.”
Staff were excellent. Breakfast was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent. The facilities are dated somewhat but do exude some old-world charm. Overall this is a very good hotel for the price.

“A great place to stay.”
I was arriving the day of a Euro 2024 game, I had asked if early check in was possible but was told because the hotel was fully booked I couldn't check in early which is fair enough, but I could store my luggage until check in time. Which was the option I was going to do. When I arrived early and asked to store my luggage I was told that my room was ready and I could check in. This was fantastic as I was able to get changed, get food from the great restaurant and then head back to the city centre to enjoy the atmosphere there before going to the match.

“Pictoresque and cozy, recommended”
Super pictoresque hotel close to Stuttgart with its own restaurant. We were there for a quick visit but can say the staff was nice and super helpful, the place was clean and the rooms were spacious and well furnished. Bonus points for the bathrooms too, comfy and great showers. Inner parking is also something we always appreciate, all in all a good hotel for sure and it only takes 10 mins to get to the city with a car!

“Lovely flats for short stays close to Stuttgart”
Staff was quick, friendly and helpful, definitely appreciated. We booked 2 of their flats with kitchen, bathrooms and living rooms and these were absolutely nice and comfortable. Super clean, the showers were a true treat (sooo big). Overall great value for money.

Authentic German traditional "old school" hotel. good breakfast. Location is convenient to reach Stuttgart center or Airport, it's in a little village.

We took the room with 5 beds, so if you are traveling in group or with your family, it’s a very good choice. The room was very big.
