An interesting hotel, not quite retro since much of it is original or not far off, including a gated lift! Excellent, helpful staff. Clean & comfortable. Very good breakfast. En-suite bathroom is basic & impractically designed. Still usable, functional with a sound shower.

Beds were comfortable. The room was cosy and it gave the feeling that you have entered another era. Breakfast was good, some snacks were available 24/7. The personal was very helpful.

The decor, clearly the owners take great pride in running the hotel. Spacious and comfortable, excellent location. Highly recommend. Breakfast was fine. I'm not keen generally on places with no staff onsite overnight, but in this location it felt very safe. Good beds.

The overall styling is wonderful. Clear instructions on how to check in. Extremely clean. Good breakfast with home made bread. We asked for gluten-free at the last minute and staff was ready to provide a valid alternative.

Beautiful large room, great location, very clean, friendly staff

Very pleasant hotel at the heart of Östersund. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great. The breakfast room can also be used at other times to make coffee and tea, with biscuits and sweets. Soft drinks were complimentary. The staff is very friendly and cooperative, thanks!

Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of town. Feels like a home away from home. Anytime tea/coffee and sweets. Kind staff packed a takeaway breakfast for my early train trip.

Good central location. Decor and style were beautiful. The accommodation was very clean. The little touches, such as coffee and tea in the lounge/ breakfast room.
