“Very enjoyable”
It’s easy - everything is there from meals to entertainment and the rooms (appartement premium with sea view) were great, quiet and well organised. Easy parking, friendly staff.

“No customer centricity, no empathy”
Booked specifically for the swimming pool. When we checked in on Saturday, we specifically asked if the swimming pool was open on Sunday. Online, it was mentioned the swimming pool was closed but as the receptionist said at noon and in the evening that it was open, we felt confident. Sunday morning, we were told the swimming pool was closed. No apologies, no empathy. We felt not respected.

This is a very large hotel set up specifically for families with young children. Great if that’s what you are after. We were not.
