“Charming historic building”
We came back after we stayed twice before. Again, we were not disappointed. We booked a room with sea-view. You can spend your time just sitting there and watching out onto the beach, sea, sky. Wonderful! The room and bathroom are spacious, clean and comfortable with all amenities. The hotel staff is super friendly. Breakfast is 25 euros and well worth it. The hotel is located very conveniently and there’s plenty parking for cars (plus indoor bike parking). Highly recommended. Especially if you like a bit of history too. Easy access from Ostend train station even without car. We took the tram at Ostend train station and get off after 2 stops.

“Fantastic Location, Some Improvements Required”
Fantastic location especially with a terrace room on the sea front. Good car parking but it is 17 Euro/night. Close to Tram stop. Nice period style Brasserie in the Hotel.

Lovely big room, evening meal was gorgeous, only negative for us personally (and probably ignorance on our part before any comments are made) none of the menu had an English on it and we were unable to translate, staff helped as much as possible and the food was delicious.

“Very pleasant 3 nights at Thermae Palace.”
Hôtel is in a great location facing the beach. Brasserie Albert was delicious. Breakfast was ok. Warm choices not great at 9:00.

“Iconic hotel”
Super friendly staff who upgraded us to a wondeful room with sea view. The room was immense! And I like how they kept the historical items in the room. We attended a party at the Wellington Arena, a short walking distance from the hotel.
