Warm welcome from host with complimentary wine,coffee & chocolates. Clean,modern,compact apartment with all facilities we needed. Parking very easy. Location is great,easy to find, near beach,tram stop,supermarket & restaurants. Centre 25 min walk away,which was a great way to walk off dinner! Communication from hosts was very good. The location is excellent. The city center can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes with a nice walk along the coast. If you want it faster, take the tram whose stop is approx. 50 m from the property. All shopping opportunities are within a radius of approx. 1km and can also be easily reached on foot. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and nothing is missing. There is an elevator that can take you up quickly or, if necessary, to the underground parking space that can be booked. There are also plenty of parking spaces outside in the immediate vicinity, although I clearly prefer the parking space in the underground car park. The owners try very hard to make your stay as good as possible and are in contact at any time if you wish. We will definitely come back and are already planning our next stay.
