On arrival we tried to contact 'Tony' and tried to contact your organization and the emergency number. I received a message from the contact of the 'contemporary appartement' Oostende on May 11 at 3:08 telling he is in a hospital . At that time we still didn't find a place to sleep. Beside the refund of the reservation of appartement I will claim 6 hours of our precious holiday time for the both of us (€1000), the toll (2x€5) for using the tunnels in Belgium, the cost for traveling (600 km. x €0.30 = €180),making a total of €1190. I will not charge the emotional damage and the health effects on hardly sleeping in a cold car and ruining our holiday but in court I surely will.

“Perfect location, unacceptable arrangement”
Terrible communication by the owner and the agency. The booking confirmation contains everything except the most important info, namely where to find the key. No answer for phone calls, emails, finally arrogant response.
