“Blackmailed on arrival for additional fees”
When I booked I made the mistake to only book for 2 adult, although we were coming with our 2 years old baby. I sent a message to explain the mistake and ask for a babybed. The property answered that no babybed were available but we could all 3 sleep in the main bed. On arrival, we were ask for an additional 25€ in a very un professional, bullying and paternazing way. It was late and we had no other options. Beside, the room was called « king » and the bed was only a regular 140cm, and there were no curtain on the window so not dark unless the sun is out.

“The stay was too short, we had to find a better hotel. And it was completely our bad. The room itse”
The location was good. We didn't have any breakfast because we didn't stay. I was traveling with a friend (girl) and the bed was too small for 2.

“Nice place, nice people”
We decided last minute to stay the night in Oostende and found this option on Booking. Because we were there out of season the price was very good. The room was pleasant and quite roomy with a bed and two armchairs. The bathroom was clean and roomy with nice towels. The water was hot and the water pressure very good. The bed was very comfortable and there was a large TV for those who enjoy that. The check in/out was easy and fast and the concierge was a friendly and helpful. Easy access to public transport and 15 min walk from the beach.

Host was incredible. We arrived late in the evening but he still greeted us and helped us find parking. The room was lovely and clean. Short walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants.
