“Lovely stay overall, though the room smell affected our experience”
We stayed one night at Hotel Andromeda in Ostend (Friday to Saturday) with our two young children (aged 4 and 2), and overall we had a pleasant experience. The hotel is very family-friendly and perfectly located right on the seafront, less than a one-minute walk from the beach. The indoor pool and spa are a great feature, with separate hours for adults and children, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was excellent — very complete and delicious. We also enjoyed the afternoon treats (fruit and pastries) available in the living room, and the children loved the playroom.

The junior suite was excellent ! Beautiful entry with a long dressing on the left and coffee and tea, and on the right a private roilet. The bedroom is big and there is a very cosy place for reading with a table that leads to the balcony with Seaview 😍 a real pleasure, just next to the casino of Ostend. Perfect place for the beach in front and restaurants aside. I definitely enjoyed the spa and the body massage and a face sea minerals. The spa and wellness area is wonderful with an adult only area. Very cosy with 2 saunas, 1 hamam, a jacuzzi, a heated pool, showers.. I also took a back massage. Really good ! Pure happiness, will come back !!! 😍

Communal areas all very lovely, especially the spa, that was exceptional. Great location right on the promenade. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Location on the promenade. Room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was superb with lots of choice. We liked the availability of private garage with electric car charging.

“An amazing overnight stay to reboot the system!”
We booked a superior room with balcony and sea view. The room was amazing and the view was exceptional. The breakfast is expensive but really worth it. However, you need to take the time to enjoy it. With our booking was included a daily access to the Hotel spa, and it was really a lovely experience. As we went on a week day, the spa was not crowded and we have been able to fully enjoy the swimming pool, the jacuzzi, as well as the sauna and the hammam.
