The toppers on the beds are too thin and fall off the bed and the sheets don’t stay on

“Dramat”
I stayed at this hotel on December 12/13 and December 19/20. The first time, I had to go down to the reception desk three times with heavy suitcases because the keycard wasn't working. The second time, at 4-5 a.m., the receptionist was arguing with some guests outside my door and other guests. TERRIBLE. Why didn't he do this at the reception desk if there was a problem??? I left feeling very sleepless.

“I didn’t like this hotel, it isn’t a cheap hotel, so I expected something better”
Not much I liked, I’m afraid, but the staff was kind enough to give me another room, that didn’t face the street with the noice from the cars.

“Excellent”
The rooms were great, the family room was just what was needed. The restaurant was very nice, it was a little pricy but the food was good and the staff was great.
