“Unexpected and perfect location”
I stayed at a much larger property along the lake in Osoyoos previously, but I am glad they were booked out as The Poplars turned out to be a much better location and property for me! As well as the very helpful and friendly staff the relative peace and quiet of the location was superb. This is a motel but the facilities were good and it's a quick walk into the town, not plush, but very clean and airy feel.

Not a good value for money. For one of the room the AC hardly worked and rooms are a bit too noisy. You pay quite a lot to clean every single thing and throw the garbage, that I found ridiculous. They are also very strict about the checkout time, cleaning the whole thing and checking out right at that time can be tough. Wouldn’t recommend this motel at all.

“It was an amazing adventure!”
The location was excellent since it has it's own beachfront. I was delighted that there's a BBQ grill and a machine to pump our floaties! It is also very near to everything that we need.

“Convenient and cozy”

“Meh”
This was a very clean, but soulless property, it was a bit depressing. WhenI first got there they asked me to sign a sheet saying any damage would be paid for for my credit card, I didn’t ask them if they would inspect this week before I left to make sure there are no misunderstandings and so it was all a bit awkward

“Great location and bang for your buck!”
The location was incredible - right on the lake! The room was clean and the AC was a lifesaver during the heatwave. We appreciated having a kitchenette and a table, and lots of room to set up a pack and play for our baby to sleep in.

If you want to stay right on the waterfront this is the place for you. Just steps to the beach. Comfortable beach loungers are provided as well as well maintained BBQ's.
