“Clean, comfortable, quiet, and close to everything”
Very clean and well cared for. I was impressed by the roominess and obvious updates made to the room. It was very comfortable, close to all amenities, and I felt safe. It was particularly impressive how quiet the room was considering the motel is along the main street that constitutes the highway passing through.

No breakfast but location was great! Nice and quiet we had a peaceful sleep after driving all day!! The dog treats and toy are a wonderful addition 😀❤️

“Inaccurate fee and brown tap water”
Roomy suite with full kitchen and balcony with views of small lake beyond a trailer court. Little bag of dog goodies were appreciated by our dog. Well located in East walking distance to restaurants and downtown.

Room was comfortable and fully stocked. We had the suite with the kitxhen, couch and bedroom with 2 queen beds. The motel is located close to all amenities and attractions. Osoyoos is a beautiful place to visit and enjoy!

“Delightful Welcoming Atmosphere”
The unit was very nicely laid out with a separate bedroom from the kitchen/cooking area. Having cooking supplies available was quite convenient. Everything was clean and comfortable. We liked being able to bring our dog. Restaurants and a grocery were nearby.

This was our second time staying at this accommodation. Price is reasonable, clean and well located on one of the main streets in Osoyoos. Highly recommend.

“I met our purpose for an overnight stay going from Vancouver to the Kootneys.”
The location was good for a one night stay on our way to Kootneys. It was in town so easy to find places close to have dinner and breakfast. It was located right in the heart of a wine country area, so even when we arrived in the late afternoon we were able to catch a couple of wine tasting places. Front desk was very helpful. I left my jacket in the room, Darren, was extremely helpful, in finding it and arranging to get it back to me.

“Simple, Basic and Dog Friendly”
Location, friendly staff, easy check in, easy parking. Room was basic (fridge, hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker, soap and shampoo provided, AC, tv, comfy bed, blackout curtains) had everything we needed. Bring cutlery and crockery if planning on eating in. Dog loved it and we would happily stay again for a few nights.

Clean, reasonable price, great location, larger well furnished, spacious rooms and free EV charging! It's hard ask for more for a short stay. This is NOT a resort -- fortunately. You're not paying for all the amenities like a gym, pool, restaurant etc. that you don't need or rarely use.
