“Helpful staff”
Staff were helpful over WhatsApp when I was arriving after hours and helped me access the building quickly. Bed was comfy and the shower was decent. Great location as I was bussing in and out of osorno just staying overnight- its right opposite the bus station.

Room is clean. Shower is ok. Wifi is strong. Very close to bus station. There are 2 supermarkets nearby. The area is safe.

We had a short but good stay at the hostal. The woman at the reception was extremely friendly and helped us changing the booking as we had sone unexpected changes of plans. Although it‘s very small, they also took care of our luggage during the day. The location is good if you‘re travelling by bus and have a short stay in town. There is even a simple kitchen in the room.

Close to bus station which was the reason we choose it. Good facilities to do your own cooking, Good security. Initially I thought that with the stair gate outside our window I would be awaken all night, but no noise and a great night's sleep
