An exceptionally beautiful classical villa that you simply don’t want to leave. The villa is full of history, with many original details preserved — such as the ceiling frescoes, the floors, and other features that you can admire for hours. The room is very cozy and clean, and the bathroom is modern, with plenty of towels provided. I would especially like to thank the host, Angela — she is incredibly hospitable, a wonderful conversationalist, helped with a restaurant reservation, gave many useful recommendations, and even assisted with parking the car. I truly look forward to coming back again.

It met our expectations. Villa is very nice, in quiet environment - exactly that we were looking for. The host was very friendly and willing to help. Depending on the side, periodically you will hear the bels of the church, which is on the other side of the road, but it was not disturbing at all, on the contrary - adding some local flavor. A few quite nice restaurants around. If you are looking for very relaxing, non-binding time - this place is for you.

We had an excellent experience at Villa Galimberti Maison de Charme, a hidden gem. As the name suggests, the villa has a unique and beautiful charm that makes it stand out. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who were kind, attentive, and very helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were great. We were able to park our car in the front garden, which was convenient. Our room was spotless, the breakfast was just right, and the garden was a peaceful place to relax and enjoy. The location is ideal — close to both Milan and Lake Como, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. All in all, we were extremely satisfied and would recommend this place to anyone. It’s a truly unique experience that’s well worth it.

“Magnificent and still cozy villa and super friendly staff”

Lovely place and a very warm welcome to this magnificent villa. It’s even more beautiful than in the pictures and so calm and quiet. We were told about the history of the villa when we arrived and it was very interesting. Our room was spacious and beautifully renovated and the bed and the pillows were very good. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of different varieties. One of the best part was the big garden with old trees and cute little rabbits. There were nice restaurants and gelateria close to the villa and also good train connections to Milan and Lecco.

It is a historical villa. If you like to stay in old villa, it's your option. We were impressed by the ceiling fresco. There is a good park (garden) with rabbits.

“Beautiful Italian villa”

We had an extraordinary Easter time at Villa Galimberti. The house is a true classic villa and it maintains the original furniture, which makes it a unique, very authentic place. It also has a beautiful garden. Above all, the attention of Angela and Marina was beyond description: their willingness to help, recommendations and welcoming spirit couldn’t have been better. We highly recommend it.
