The staff was very helpful, nice, they help with everything. The hotel was quiet, well-kept. The rooms were nice, modern, well-maintained, all the necessary equipment including the fridge was right in the rooms.

The room was good for our group travelling. It was set out with two singles and a double bed. Breakfast was nice and the staff really tried to help us

Great seaside location, amazing snorkelling with clear water. We even saw turtles! Kids loved the pool and food was excellent too

I had such an amazing stay at Serene Oasis Resort! From the moment I arrived, I already felt the calm and peaceful vibe of the place. The surroundings are clean, beautifully landscaped, and really live up to the name “Serene.” It’s the perfect spot if you want to relax, recharge, and escape the busy city life. It was almost typhoon season during my stay, and I was a bit worried at first — but thankfully, the weather was fine and the area wasn’t affected at all. Everything went smoothly, and I was able to fully enjoy my time there without any worries. The staff were all so friendly and respectful. What really stood out to me was how they bow as part of their greetings — and it’s not just one or two of them, but almost everyone! It felt so warm and sincere that I couldn’t help but smile and bow back too. Their hospitality made me feel genuinely cared for. The room was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. The bed was soft, the air-conditioning worked great, and it was so peaceful — no noise, just the sound of nature and the sea breeze. The food was also delicious! Everything tasted fresh and was served beautifully. Breakfast by the beach was such a highlight — relaxing, scenic, and just what I needed to start the day. In terms of value for money, I’d say this resort is absolutely worth it. You really get what you pay for — comfort, service, and a quiet, relaxing environment. By the sea but no sandy beach and to swim was impossible on the rocks. Average resort pool but food in restaurant expensive and not exact,y great

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and bathrooms also. We enjoyed the karaoke room and pool table. Having our trips around the island and airport transport arranged was easy with the hotel staff.
