“Incredible staff awesome great value hotel”

The location is great . The staff even better . They go out of their way to help no matter what u need. This place is incredible for the price and the more expensive hotel staff could go there and learn about customer service . Edwardo the taxi driver is really knowledgeable and will to take u anywhere for a very small fee

The room was a great size and nice and private and the place just had really comfortable feel about it great viewing deck on the ocean and a lovely pool which also overlooked the ocean very cosy will be going back again.

“Basic short stay”

Spacious room with nice views of the sea. Owner drives a tuktuk so easy to organise rides (but always confirm the price with him beforehand!!). The guy on night shift was very friendly and helpful.

Its good value for money for short stays staff friendly.

The room was clean and comfortable to sleep. The water pressure for the shower was a bit slow but its alright. The owner was very nice, she let us put own luggage after check-out and even let us shower before our bus to cebu city

“disappointing after feeling very positive at the start”

had a problem when staff allowed guest to go up wooden staircase after swim. he left pools of water andI went up the stairs to collect drying towels etc . that was ok but on coming down I slipped on the water 4 steps from base and hurt my arm + back. the single staff was dismissive of the problem and still didn't clear up the water. the day staff was equally dismissive and said I was at fault for not holding the bannister. this spoilt an enjoyable stay. breakfast was ok

We booked 3 rooms at Germaroze and overall it was great value for money. The seaside views are beautiful, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the beds were really comfortable. The rooms were a good size, and we especially loved the communal areas with amazing ocean views - such a nice place to relax and take it all in.

Location and room was great, value for money

The room smelt strongly of sewage, I asked the staff what they would do about it and they shrugged and looked at me blankly.tha5 evening we found cockroaches in the bathroom a member of staff removed them and told us that the must have just came in from outside. The next morning we found 2 more cockroaches crawling over our 3 year old. We then checked out the staff triedthere hardest not to refund any money then we settled at 50 percent. Beautiful location if you don't mind cock roaches and the choking smell of excrement!

Comfortable room. Very polite and helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast. Good location near the sea. Some local food options. Good shower and bathroom.

“Great value and extremely comfortable stay”

A good place to stay, the room and bed was very comfortable and clean. The location to see Tumalog waterfall and whale sharks is very close. The town is a short walk away too. The shared kitchen and facilities is very well thought out. However, our room was facing the road and it is noisy, the lady owner was extremely helpful and caring and would go above and beyond to assist you. Really good value for the stay, I would recommend a sea view room and you should have a pleasant visit.
