Opened in September 2018, this hotel is situated next to the Storo Storcenter shopping centre, between the Storo and Nydalen neighborhoods of Oslo, about 5 km from the city centre. It offers an on-site restaurant, bar and fitness centre. Free WiFi is available. The modern rooms at Thon Hotel Storo feature a smart TV, Bose stereo system and quality Jensen beds. “Exellent hotel in quiet part of town”
The breakfast was amazing - everything you could think of to eat ! The staff were excellent - friendly and efficient Nice quiet area a short tube ride into central Oslo, but with a number of places to eat and drink right next to the hotel

My first stay in Norway and such an amazing experience right from the start. Thon Hotel Storo truly impressed me. The rooms were spacious, beautifully clean, and fully equipped, so I felt genuinely comfortable throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the wonderful and friendly staff who created a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere — thank you very much for that. The breakfast was rich, delicious, and perfectly prepared. Another big plus is the shopping mall and metro station right next to the hotel, making it easy to get around Oslo. I will definitely be coming back.

It’s a very good hotel. The rooms are amazing, the breakfast is very good, the location is also very nice and in a very calm place. It’s a bit far from the centre, but with a transport in 20-25 min you will be there

It is next to various stores and restaurants, including a shopping mall. There is an easy-to-use underground parking available. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good. The checkout time is very decent.

“Overall a good stay despite some shortcomings”
Spacious room with a good shower and two sinks (and two TVs!). Wide selection of food at breakfast, including some vegan options. Location was good for accessing things around Storo.

The great value. While located away from the city centre, the metro, buses (including flybussen) is within walking distance. There is shopping mall nearby with a supermarket and options for light meals and MacDonald.

“Fantastic hotel in cosy quiet neighbourhood!”
I love this hotel, stayed there for the second time. It is located outside of the city center in a peaceful neighbourhood of Nydalen, around 45 minutes on foot alongside Akerselva river to Oslo Opera House. The hotel is modern, with great facilities and breakfast to die for. Best breakfast I have even had in a hotel. Will definitely be back! A huge plus for reception staff who let me practise my Norwegian instead of switching immediately to English :)

“Very conviniently located hotel with a friently staff and an exceptional breakfast.”
Very good location (5 minutes both to Storo or Nydalen metro station). Very helpful staff, everything went really smooth and quickly. The breakfast was really exceptional, mostly local products (cheese, "traditional" brunost, etc.).

Large space, clean, modern, amazing city view from the window. Next to big shopping mal, cinema, restaurants. Access to busses and metro are just less than 5 minuts away. Amazing breakfast. Lovely staffs.
