A compact and really nice hotel in a spectacular location in Oslo. You have everything you need for a nice stay in the rooms and the breakfast is great. Overall, a really nice stay.

I was disappointed with the service during the morning shift. When I asked a simple question about breakfast, the staff member appeared irritated . Throughout the interaction, she seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Good location to stores, restaurants and especially train station, and only a short walk to waterfront. Our double room was clean and comfortable but too small for two adults with luggage. No room to actually open our second case. Suitable for a younger couple with limited baggage. Bathroom small but shower cubicle a good size. Breakfast was good, plenty seating and helpful staff.
